Wellness workshop: Elevating Whole-person health

Fully Online Workshop: February 25th, 7:00pm - 8:00pm

Join us for this guide through a Lifestyle & Wellness course that will help you understand how to build foundational habits that truly support your life!  Whatever your mental and physical goals are for 2026, this course is for you!

Morgan Trimper is a Boston College alum and former Division I hockey player with a passion for nutrition, leadership, and holistic well-being. She founded a nutrition education program at Warrior in Boston, MA where she collaborates with athletes and teams across the country on performance fueling, leadership development, and building healthy lifestyle habits, while also teaching pilates as an apprentice and progressing toward becoming a Registered Dietitian. Morgan is excited to guide you through this Lifestyle & Wellness course and help you understand how to build foundational habits that truly support your life!

Description:

Learning Objectives:

1) Introduce participants to the concept of holistic wellness:

-Mental health

-Physical health

-Emotional health

-Nutritional health

2) Provide actionable lifestyle strategies that are realistic for busy adults.

3) Engage participants through an activity and discussion to reinforce learning. 

4) Encourage reflection and personalized goal setting

Timeline and Requirements:

This is a fully online workshop, held on February 25th at 7pm

Fees and Policies: 

Payment is due by credit card at registration. Refunds will be granted only up until registration closes at 5pm on February 25th.  No refunds will be granted for errors on the participant's part (such as incorrect name/email upon registration, login failure, scheduling conflicts, etc.).
